  • It helps in digestion and can be used to treat stomach ulcers. 
  • It lowers the risk of heart attacks. 
  • It can be an effective therapy against prediabetes. 

Foods That Turmeric Compliments 

Here is a list of recipes to try that’ll make you use turmeric more progressively. 

  • Make a tomato soup. It goes well with tomatoes. 
  • Try adding it to vegetable dishes such as potatoes, cauliflowers, etc. 
  • Deviled eggs are another must-have from this category. 
  • Chicken marries this spice perfectly. Add it to any chicken dish you plan on serving later. 
  • It’s not something that you can eat, but turmeric tea is a greater drink post-dinner. It helps you lose weight. 
  • Try adding it to rice. The addition of turmeric ultimately enriches any dish containing rice.
