Who says fast food can't be healthy?

I don’t know about you, but on days when I tend to have a jam packed schedule, I always have the bad habit of grabbing a quick lunch from the nearest fast food location. I know it isn’t the healthiest, but the convenience reels me in.

It’s one of my habits that I’m trying to fix. Either pack a lunch from home or scout the healthy eating spots in the area I’m visiting. While Toronto has so many options, I’m excited to see popular Vancouver cafe, Wise and Wright finally make their debut in Eastern Canada as they prepare to open their first shop here in Toronto this Spring.

Healthy Fast Food

According to their website, Wise and Wright pride themselves as an “fast-casual health concept” that focuses on delivering healthy and delicious meals to their customers. Meaning you can skip that fast food joint and hit Wise and Wright the next time you’re on a time crunch.

The cafe offers a diverse menu and features items and get this – they have options for everyone – literally! Whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or even a meat lover, you’ll be able to find something on Wise and Wright’s menu to satisfy your cravings.

All the Favourites

Additionally, some specialty products that they’ll be bringing to Toronto are their famous elixir lattes and smoothies along with their wise bowls and salads.

While no set opening date has been revealed, Wise and Wright will be opening their new cafe on 777 Bay Street.
