- 2 oz. ungava® gin
- ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz. honey syrup (2:1 honey:water)
- lemon zest
- pour all liquid ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- shake and fine strain into a chilled cocktail coupe/martini glass.
- garnish with a lemon zest.
