PINK MARKET

PINK MARKET gives LGBTQI+ creators from all over Canada a place to sell and showcase their work. In case you missed it last year, now’s your chance to check out local queer artists. PINK MARKET’s fourth PINK XMAS market will take place on December 8 and 9 at the 519 Community Centre, a charitable organization and community space dedicated to inclusion, acceptance, and awareness of queer rights in Toronto and elsewhere.

Santa with Muscles Screening

On December 9th, Handlebar will be showing a free screening of arguably the worst Christmas movie of all-time: Santa with Muscles. The movie, starring Hulk Hogan as a jacked Santa, may just be the hate-watch you’re looking for this holiday season. While you may enjoy other Christmas movies, why not have a good laugh at the expense of this cinematic disaster?

On December 8th, Toronto’s queer community will be hosting an inclusive dance party at the Glad Day Bookshop. All are welcome and it costs $5 or PWYC – no one will be turned away for lack of funds. In addition, the event has a wheelchair accessible entrance and bathroom, as well as a gender neutral washroom.
