  • Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper 1 pinch
  • Clove powder 1 pinch
  • Nutmeg powder 1 pinch

  • Ceylon cinnamon ½ teaspoon
  • Turmeric 1 teaspoon
  • Raw honey 1 teaspoon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a saucepan, pan or pot, pour your coconut milk, vanilla extract, and all spices.
  2. Allow the mixture to cook over low heat as you stir for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, add your CBD oil and stir well.
  4. Pour into two mugs and enjoy (please note that this recipe makes 2 servings. For a single serving, you may halve all ingredients).

INGREDIENTS

  • Almond or coconut milk 2 Cups
  • Broad-spectrum CBD oil 3-5mg
  • Tea 2 tablespoons or 2 teabags of your favorite tea
  • Ground ginger 1/8 teaspoon
  • Freshly ground nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon
  • Maple syrup 2 tablespoons

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a saucepan, pan or pot, mix your milk and tea and then bring your pot to a boil.
  2. Strain your tea or remove the tea bags.
  3. Stir in your maple syrup, ginger, nutmeg, and CBD oil.
  4. Tea is ready(makes two cannabis-infused drinks but you may halve the ingredients if you wish for a single serving)

CBD-Infused Tea Latte (SERVES 2)

INGREDIENTS

  • Whole milk 2 Cups
  • Broad-spectrum CBD oil 3-5 mg
  • Tea 2 tablespoons or 2 teabags of your favorite tea
  • Ground ginger 1/8 teaspoon
  • Freshly ground nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon
  • Maple syrup 2 tablespoons

 INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a saucepan, pan or pot, mix your milk and tea and cook over medium heat until hot. Do not bring to a boil.
  2. Strain your tea or remove the tea bags.
  3. You can now whisk in your maple syrup, ginger, nutmeg, and CBD oil in that order.
  4. Using a high-speed blender or milk frother, beat the mixture until you have achieved the amount of foam you desire.
  5. CDB Latte is ready (makes two cannabis-infused drinks but you may halve the ingredients if you wish for a single serving).

CBD-Infused Chocolate Smoothie (2 SERVINGS)

INGREDIENTS

  • Frozen banana 1
  • Peeled avocado ½
  • Baby spinach 1 handful
  • Whole milk 1 cup (feel free to use soy, coconut, almond, or skim milk)
  • Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  • Chocolate chips 1 tablespoon or cocoa powder
  • Full-spectrum CBD oil 3-5 mg

  1. Pour all ingredients (except the chocolate chips or cocoa powder) into a blender and immediately blend until everything is smooth.
