<p dir="ltr"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Moon milk seems to be everywhere lately. Warmed milk infused with herbs and spices, Moon Milk, has been preached as a miracle worker for helping you reach that deep, glorious, sleep to catch some much-needed z’s.</span></p>
<p dir="ltr"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">But does this glorified sleepy time latte live up to all the hype? <em>Here is everything you need to know about Moon Milk.</em></span></p>

However, a quick disclaimer: there is minimal medical or scientific evidence supporting most Ayurvedic principles. <span style="color: #ff00ff;"><a style="color: #ff00ff;" href="https://nccih.nih.gov/health/ayurveda/introduction.htm">A few studies suggest</a> </span>that Ayurvedic methods may help reduce pain and increase function for individuals suffering from osteoarthritis and may also assist in managing symptoms in those with type 2 diabetes. <p dir="ltr"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Moon milk contains several Ayurvedic ingredients, such as turmeric, a herbaceous plant of the ginger family, and ashwagandha, more commonly known as Indian ginseng, a plant known for its anti-inflammatory properties.
