When the flu hits, fight back!
This is my go-to feeling sick drink. After one glass, my body already begins to feel the difference.
It’s true, no one wants to spend time in the kitchen when they’re sick. But this recipe is unbelievably quick and easy to make.

2 naval oranges, peeled
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
a pinch (or more) of cayenne pepper
Chop the peeled oranges and throw them in a blender.
Add the lemon juice, maple syrup, ginger and cayenne pepper. Blend well. Pour. Drink.
That’s it, that’s all! Done. Finished. Complete. Now drink up, rest, and get well soon!
